FIA STAFF
With good reason, FIA prides itself on the broad range of talents, training, international careers and character of its local and international staff who bring a diversity of backgrounds, cultures, perspectives and values to our small but united community. The teaching faculty focuses content by traditional disciplines (Mathematics, History, English, World Languages, Physical Sciences, Visual and Performing Arts, Health and Physical Education) but innovates XXIst century learning, leveraged by advanced technologies in and outside the classrooms.
Specifically, these are the areas where the FIA staff contribute to the uniqueness of an FIA education, guided by the talented adults who work closely with every FIA student:

- Ambitious college counseling positioning career and college planning from the 7th grade to 12th grade, geared for countries and institutions around the world

- Granting graduates an American high-school diploma and test in a variety of international standardized test programmes for university matriculation.
- Offering personal tutoring at the end of every school day
- A small teacher:student ratio (1:5)
- Advanced STEM programmes (physics, biology, chemistry, robotics, earth science & oceanography with labs for each)
